Chop Off The Ol Block at Stockland Hervey Bay is no ordinary butcher set up. It was designed as a free standing kiosk, the existing structural mall columns providing opportunities for signage.
This is an innovative way to bring fresh produce that much closer to the customer.
A remote kitchen and coolroom ensures that the ‘heavy’ lifting happens out back and the kiosk becomes a place of finishing and display.
The response has been very positive by customers according to Stockland.
