Silver Wolf | Kawana Shoppingworld

Silver Wolf at Kawana Shoppingworld is one of a number of projects that we completed in the redevelopment of the shopping centre. With Silver Wolf we created a point of difference by doing the ‘opposite’ to what seems to be a design trend and that is to design silver jewellery stores in light colours. By repositioning silver jewellery as sexy and sophisticated with a simple palette of black and silver, the well lit jewellery displays were able to highlight their wares. In order to create the visual impact we experimented with different surface finishes – flat surfaces, sculptural surfaces, matt and shiny surfaces. It is this combination that creates a sense of sophistication making silver the new black.
