We designed this iconic jewellery shop as part of the shopping centre redevelopment.
Shopping centre landlords require their tenants to refurbish their tenancies every 5 years on average.
After 15 years, it isn’t unexpected that tenants would be required to install a totally new fit out.
LeGassick has stood the test of time with it’s timeless classic design that no significant refurbishment of this jewellery shop has happened in this time.
This is a testament to good design.
Our philosophy has always been to not only save the client costs in the long run, but also save the planet with the need to utilise less resources with the reduced frequency of a tenancy needing to be refitted.
