Sunbaked Artisan Bakery was designed as part of the Pacific Fair redevelopment. The concept was to provide a simple yet earthy background for the artisanal breads that Sunbaked created.
The colours and finishes, from hand-made Morrocan glazed tiles, hand-rendered surfaces, textured timber and copper speak of the hand-made artisinal nature of the breads that are created.
A large viewing window allows customers to appreciate the theatre of the product being made and knowing that it is fresh.
