We were  approached by the developer of the building in which the previous Moshi’s Bakery was situated. The bakery was to be relocated to another tenancy in the development and the brief was to present an upmarket feel to the bakery to keep in with the general feel of the area.

The previous fitout was less than a year old and already looked tired, old and dated and sales were flagging. We had to reuse the existing display cabinets however we reclad them with new finishes. Though black is not usually associated with freshness and hygiene with a combination of colours and finishes and sharp new branding we managed transform the entire look of Moshi’s Bakery into a place where people felt confident in buying quality baked products. It was good to see a big smile on Moshi’s face.  Not only because he was happy to be working in a fresh new bakery, but because sales have dramatically increased since opening the brand new look bakery.

Next time you are in Varsity Lakes, pop into Moshi’s Bakery and grab yourself a sausage roll or cream bun, and say hello to Moshi the smiling baker!
